Function
The left washer nozzle heater (R2/2), the right washer nozzle heater (R2/3) and the washer nozzle hose heater (R2/11) are automatically switched on if:
^ Circuit 61 ON (engine running) and
^ an outside temperature of less than 5 °C is detected.

Switch off is accomplished automatically when:
^ Term. 61 OFF (motor OFF) or
^ an outside temperature of greater than 8 °C is detected.

Actuation of heating elements
The left washer nozzle heater (R2/2), the right washer nozzle heater (R2/3) and the washer nozzle hose heater (R2/11) are actuated by the driver-side SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1).
