When the steering wheel is detached the fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) must not be twisted otherwise this can be damaged.
1 Unscrew bolt (1).
Bolt (1) is secured to prevent it from falling out.
2 Disconnect steering column switch module (2) complete with fanfare horns and airbag clock spring contact (A45) from jacket tube.
