Brake Light Switch: Service and Repair

1.
Referring to
Fig. 3, disconnect wires at connector.
2.
Remove hairpin retainer and slide switch, pushrod and nylon washers and bushing away from pedal, and remove switch.
3.
Position the new switch, push rod, bushing and washers on brake pedal pin and secure with hairpin retainer.
4.
Connect wires at connector and install wires in retaining clip.
