Rocker Arm Assembly: Service and Repair
1.
Remove rocker arm cover.
2.
Rotate
camshaft until flat section of lobe faces rocker arm being removed.
3.
With tool T74P-6565B, collapse lash adjuster and, if necessary,
valve spring and slide rocker arm over lash adjuster.
4.
Reverse procedure to install.
Before rotating camshaft, ensure that lash adjuster is collapsed to prevent valve train damage.
