ATTACHMENT II Emissions Recall 90E89LABOR ALLOWANCE
Install a Vacuum Retard Delay Valve in the Air Control Valve Vacuum Activating Line. Install an Octane Rod in the Distributor. Mark the Vehicle Emissions Control Information (VECI) Decal and Install the Preprinted Authorized Modifications Decal.
0.6 Hrs. - insert in Box "B" on Form 1864
Note: Add 0.1 Hour Administrative Allowance to the total repair time.
