ISSUE: The upshift indicator relay was not included in the 1989 EVTM or 1989 Shop Manual. The affected illustrations are on page 34-16-8 of the 1989 Tempo/Topaz Shop Manual and page 46 of the 1989 Tempo/Topaz EVTM.

ACTION: Refer to the pages following this TSB article for the updated illustrations.
