INSTALLATION
1. Transfer the three foam core seals to the new heater core.
2. Install the heater core and seals into the heater core housing.

3. Position the heater core cover on heater core housing. Install the four retaining screws.

Heater Case Assembly:

4. Install the heater dash panel seal on heater core tubes.
5. Install the vacuum source line through the heater dash panel seal.
6. Install the heater core housing into the vehicle, please refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Heater Core Case/Service and Repair/ Service and Repair
