Ignition Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove lower dash panel attaching screw, then pull panel rearward to disengage and remove.
3. Remove four lefthand knee reinforcement plate attaching bolts, then remove plate.
4. Remove ignition switch harness attaching bolts, then disconnect harness from switch.
5. Remove two ignition switch attaching screws, then remove switch assembly.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
