Key OFF.

Disconnect the ELU connector.

Key ON.

Measure the voltage on the "Y/GN" wire at the ELU connector.

Is the voltage greater than 10 volts? Yes -- Go to ELU4.
ELU4 - ELU Ground No -- Service the "Y/GN" wire between the ELU and the main relay.
