Ignition Coil: Service and Repair

Ignition Coil:

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Disconnect coil primary wire connector.
3. Disconnect coil secondary wire.
4. Remove two bolts retaining coil.
5. Remove coil from air cleaner housing.

INSTALLATION

1. Position coil onto air cleaner housing.
2. Install retaining bolts.
3. Connect secondary wire to coil tower.
4. Connect primary wire connector.
5. Connect negative battery cable.
