Control Module: Service and Repair

REPLACE
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove glove compartment.
3. Remove instrument panel lower cover and RH instrument panel reinforcement.
4. Remove RH instrument panel duct.
5. Remove powertrain control module (PCM) electrical connector bolt. Pull electrical connector from PCM and position aside.
6. Remove PCM from behind instrument panel.
7. Remove TCM electrical connector bolt and disconnect TCM electrical connector.
8. Remove transaxle control module (TCM) from powertrain control module (PCM).
9. Reverse procedure to install.
