Pressure Feedback Exhaust Sensor: Service and Repair

EGR Valve Components:






REMOVAL
^ Disconnect EGR pressure valve sensor hose(s) from EGR valve to exhaust manifold tube.
^ Remove EGR pressure valve sensor retaining bolt from intake manifold.
^ Disconnect fuel charging wiring from EGR pressure valve sensor and remove EGR pressure valve sensor.
^ Remove EGR pressure valve sensor hose(s) from EGR pressure valve sensor.

INSTALLATION
^ To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten retaining bolt to 8-11.5 Nm (6-8 ft lb).
