B7 - Check Power Ground Circuit Continuity
- Key "OFF".
- Breakout box installed, Powertrain Control Module (PCM) disconnected.
- Electronic Engine Controls (EEC) power relay disconnected.
- Measure resistance between PWR GND circuit at the EEC power relay vehicle harness connector and battery negative post.
- Is the resistance less than 10 ohms?
Yes -- Go to B8. B8 - Check VPWR Circuit Continuity
No -- Service open circuit. Remove breakout box. Reconnect all components. Rerun quick test. Quick Test Appendix (Detailed Testing Instructions)
