Resonator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL and INSTALLATION

1. Remove engine air cleaner.

2. Remove engine air intake resonator retaining bolt and engine air intake resonator and grommet.

3. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure that mounting grommet is installed with metal side out on engine air intake resonator. Tighten retaining bolt to 4.5-6.3 Nm (38-56 lb in).
