Heater Control Valve: Service and Repair
The heater water control valve is mounted on the bulkhead behind the
intake manifold.
REMOVAL 1.
Drain the engine coolant.
2.
Disconnect the vacuum line.
3.
Remove the heater water control valve bracket nut.
4.
Remove the two
heater hose clamps.
5.
Remove the heater water control valve.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
2.
Fill the engine
cooling system.
