Leak Detection Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair.

WARNING: DO NOT SMOKE, CARRY LIGHTED TOBACCO OR OPEN FLAME OF ANY TYPE WHEN WORKING ON OR NEAR ANY FUEL-RELATED COMPONENT. HIGHLY FLAMMABLE MIXTURES ARE ALWAYS PRESENT AND MAY BE IGNITED, RESULTING IN POSSIBLE PERSONAL INJURY.







2. Remove the EVAP emissions canister shield.
1 Remove the push pins.
2 Remove the bolts.
3 Remove the screws.







3. Remove the EVAP canister bracket screws.







4. Remove the EVAP canister pressure sensor.
1 Remove the EVAP canister pressure sensor purge line.
2 Disconnect the EVAP canister pressure sensor electrical connector.
3 Remove the EVAP canister pressure sensor bolts.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
