Cruise Control Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the front seats. For additional information, refer to Seats.







3. Remove the right and left side scuff plates.

NOTE: Left side shown, right side similar.







4. Remove the right and left side A-pillar lower trim panels.

NOTE: Left side shown, right side similar.







5. Remove the console cover.
1 Remove the four pin-type retainers.
2 Remove the console cover.







6. Remove the side kick panels.
1 Remove the nut.
2 Remove the screws.
3 Remove the side kick panels.

7. Remove the accelerator stopper cover.
1 Remove the accelerator stopper screw.
2 Remove the accelerator stopper cover.







8. Position aside the floor carpet.
1 Remove the rear seat air flow duct bolts.
2 Remove the rear seat air flow ducts.
3 Position aside the front floor carpet.







9. Remove the heat duct cover.
1 Remove the ten bolts.
2 Remove the heat duct cover.







10. Remove the rear seat right duct.
^ Remove the screws.







11. Remove the rear seat air flow outlet duct.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the rear seat air flow outlet duct.







12. Remove the speed control module.
1 Remove the bolts.
2 Disconnect the speed control actuator module electrical connector.

INSTALLATION












1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
