PINPOINT TEST B: THE SPEED CONTROL IS INOPERATIVE - UNABLE TO ENTER SELF-TEST

Test B1:

Normal Operation
The speed control actuator sends and receives signals over the SCP network, circuits 914 (TN/OG) and 915 (PK/LB) to communicate via the network. The speed control actuator receives its power through circuit 601 (LB/PK) and its ground through circuit 1205 (BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit 601 (LB/PK) open
- circuit 914 (TN/OG) open
- circuit 915 (PK/LB) open
- circuit 1205 (BK) open
- speed control actuator
