PINPOINT TEST F: FLASH CODE 1 - FLASH WITH LAST SWITCH PRESSED, BUT NO DYNAMIC PULL OCCURS AT THE THROTTLE AND THE SPEED CONTROL IS INOPERATIVE

Normal Operation
The speed control actuator adjusts the speed control cable, which controls the throttle body.

This pinpoint test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Speed control cable
- Speed control actuator
