Removing and Installing/Replacing Roof Antenna

65 20 022 - Removing and installing/replacing roof antenna





Necessary preliminary tasks:
- Remove front roofliner trim 51 44 150 Replacing Trim For Front Roofliner
- Remove roof antenna rod Removing and Installing/Replacing Antenna Rod of Roof Antenna





Unclip plug connections (1) from holder (2).
Unlock plug connections (1) and disconnect.

Installation:
Ensure correct routing of cables.

Release nut (3), tightening torque 65 20 1AZ [1][2]Antenna.

Remove roof antenna (4) from above.





Installation:
Position antenna base (1) in such a way that pin (2) engages in groove (3).
Engage nut (4) so that tab (5) engages in associated recess (6) of antenna base.
