Lever out pin (1) and remove expanding rivet.

Installation:
If necessary, replace faulty expanding rivet.







Lever out welt from backrest cover in marked area.







Open zip fasteners on left and right.







Unclip protective plate from backrest frame.

Installation:
Make sure protective plate is correctly fitted.
