54 61 021 - Removing and installing/replacing trims for rollover protection





Note:
Tape off work area in order to avoid damage.

Unclip upper trim (1) with plastic wedge.

Installation:
Retaining lugs must not be damaged nor must trim (1) be scratched.
If necessary, replace trim (1).
Trim (1) is coded against incorrect installation.





Unclip lower trim (1) with plastic wedge.

Installation:
Retaining lugs must not be damaged nor must trim (1) be scratched.
If necessary, replace trim (1).
Trim (1) is coded against incorrect installation.





Release screw (1).





Carefully unclip upper trim from lower trim.

Installation:
Retaining lugs on lower or upper trim must not be damaged.
If necessary, replace faulty trims.





Lever out clip (1).

Installation:
Replace faulty clip (1).

Feed out lower trim (2).
