CBS Reset sets selected CBS scopes at 100%

The service counter of the reset CBS scope is increased by 1.

IMPORTANT: The original values of the CBS scope are lost during the reset.

NOTE: The internal vehicle trip odometer and the vehicle data are coordinated with the internal Tester data. The Tester data can be corrected in the item "Administration" in the DIS Tester main menu.
