The ignition timing specification for all 1.5 L Mirages built from April 12, 1985 onward is 5~ +/- BTC

The specification for 1.5L Mirages built before this date remains at 3~ +/- 2~ BTC.

As reference to this bulletin, please write the STB number in the boxes on Pages 19, 0-11, and 8-41 of the

1985 Mirage Service Manual.

If in any doubt regarding the correct timing specification for any 1.5 L Mirage or any other Mitsubishi vehicle being serviced, please refer to the Vehicle Emission Control Information Label on the underside of the engine compartment hood.
