Emission Checklist Completion

1. Two emission checklists are contained in the emission kit. For this recall, choose the BLUE colored checklist with "Emission Recall EMR-92-007 Checklist" printed on the top.

2. Review the steps shown on the checklist.

3. Check the boxes next to the steps that you performed.

4. Fill in the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) in the appropriate boxes.

5. Sign and date the form and affix it to the repair order.
