Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Testing and Inspection

1987 - 88 Mirage & Starion
1. Disconnect air flow sensor electrical connector and install test harness, Fig. 44.
2. Start engine and allow to reach operating temperature.
3. With engine operating at curb idle speed, check voltage between red and black terminals, Fig. 45.
4. Voltage should be 2.2 to 3.2 volts, if not replace air flow sensor.
