PURPOSE

This bulletin contains an electrical schematic diagram for the fuel/fuel type carburetor of 1987 Precis vehicles built before May 12, 1987. Vehicles built from May 12, 1987 are equipped with a new type carburetor (air/fuel). Service information for the new type carburetor is contained in Service Technical Bulletin Number STB-87-14-010.

As reference to this bulletin, please attach the red-lettered sticker to page 310-19 of the 1987 Precis Service Manual which contains service information for the fuel/fuel type carburetor.
