Flywheel: Service and Repair

Visually inspect the flywheel for step wear, streaking, or seizure, if appearent, replace the flywheel.

NOTE: No specifications are available for total flywheel thickness, only specifications for lateral runout are available.

Specification: .0051 in. (0.13 mm)

Flywheel resurfacing is not recommended, If resurfacing requires more than 0.013 in. (0.05 mm) of material be removed, replace the flywheel.
