Blower Motor: Service and Repair

1. Remove dash panel under side cover, glove box and cowl side trim.
2. Disconnect recirculation door cable from blower motor housing.
3. Disconnect blower switch connector.
4. Remove blower housing attaching bolts, Fig. 36, then remove housing.
5. Remove bolts attaching blower assembly to blower housing, then remove blower assembly.
6. Remove blower fan from blower motor.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
