MODEL 1988 Precis



PURPOSE

This bulletin is to inform you of a change in curb idle speed on some 1988 Precis vehicles. The curb idle speed has been increased to compensate for the additional load of a larger cooling fan. The larger fan was installed beginning in November of 1987 on manual transaxle models, and December of 1987 on automatic transaxle models. As a reference to this bulletin, please write in the changes shown below in the appropriate pages of the 1988 Precis Service Manual.
