ACCELERATOR CABLE ADJUSTMENT

Accelerator Cable Location:

Accelerator Cable Adjustment:

The accelerator cable adjustment is the locking nuts on the cable housing.

BOWL VENT VALVE

Carburetor Components:

The bowl vent valve is located on the carburetor (view B).

DASH POT

Carburetor Components:

The dash pot is mounted on the carburetor (view A).

DASH POT ADJUSTMENT

SAS Operation:

The dash pot adjustment screws are located on the carburetor.

DRAIN PLUG
The fuel tank drain plug is located at the lowest point on the fuel tank.

ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT

RH Fender Apron:

The electronic control unit (ECU) is located next to the blower motor on the RH fender apron.

FEEDBACK SOLENOID VALVE (FBSV)

Solenoid Valve Locations:

Feed-back Solenoid Valve (FBSV) Location:

The feedback solenoid valve is located inside the carburetor.

FUEL FILTER (IN-LINE)

Fuel, Return And Vapor Line Components:

The in-line fuel filter is located just ahead of the fuel tank.

FUEL PUMP

Fuel Pump And Components:

The fuel pump is located between the intake runners of the intake manifold, on the side of the head.


IDLE SPEED ADJUSTMENT SCREW #1

Speed Adjustment Screw No.1:

The idle speed adjusting screw #1, is located on the carburetor, below the throttle opener/dash pot.

IDLE SPEED ADJUSTMENT SCREW #2

Speed Adjustment Screw No.2:

The idle speed adjusting screw #2, is located on the throttle linkage, below the throttle opener/dash pot.

OVERFILL LIMITER (TWO-WAY VALVE)

Fuel Tank And Components (Standard Body):

The overfill limiter is located in-line, in the vapor line, next to the fuel pick-up on the left side of the fuel tank.

ROLLOVER (FUEL CHECK) VALVE

Fuel Tank And Components (Standard Body):

The fuel check valve is mounted to the body work adjacent to the fuel tank.

SLOW CUT SOLENOID VALVE (SCSV)

Solenoid Valve Locations:

Slow-cut Solenoid Valve (SCSV) Location:

The slow cut solenoid valve is located in the carburetor.

THROTTLE OPENER

Carburetor Components:

The throttle opener is mounted on the carburetor (view A).

THERMOVALVE
The thermovalve is mounted on the underside of the intake manifold.

THROTTLE OPENER ADJUSTMENT SCREW

Throttle Opener Adjustment Screw:

The throttle opener adjustment screw, is located on the carburetor, on the lower portion of the throttle opener/dash pot.

THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR (TPS)

Throttle Position Sensor Location:

The throttle position sensor is located on the carburetor, attached to the end of the throttle shaft.
