Fig. 7 Removing Lock Cylinder:
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove column shrouds, then the switch electrical connectors.
3. Remove switch attaching screws, then remove lock cylinder from switch as follows:
a. Insert key in lock cylinder and turn to ACC position.
b. Using a small screwdriver, push lock cylinder lockpin in, Fig. 4, then remove lock cylinder.
4. Reverse procedure to install.
