Brake Rotor/Disc: Service and Repair

1. Raise and support vehicle, then remove rear wheels.
2. Remove hub cap, then the cotter pin and cap.
3. Remove wheel bearing nut, then the washer and outer wheel bearing inner race.
4. Disconnect and suspend brake tube, using a suitable wire.
5. Disconnect parking brake cable from caliper assembly.
6. Remove lockpins from caliper assembly, then the caliper assembly to adapter attaching bolts and caliper assembly.
7. Remove rotor assembly.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
