Ignition Control Module: Testing and Inspection
Power Transistor Testing:
1.
Connect the negative (-) terminal of a 3v power source to terminal 2 of the power transistor.
2.
Check continuity between terminals 3 and 2 as terminal 1 and positive (+) terminal of power source is connected and disconnected.
Power Transistor Continuity Specification:

Replace the power transistor if it fails any test.
