Air/Fuel Mixture

The Idle Mixture has no manual adjustments, the mixture is entirely controlled by the ECU (through the fuel injection). If the Idle Mixture is not within the operational limits, proceed as follows:
1. Pull fault codes (refer to ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTICS in TESTING AND INSPECTION) and perform all tests and inspections listed with each code.
2. If there are no fault codes or the fault codes do not reveal the cause of the complaint, refer to DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM in TESTING AND INSPECTION.
