PURPOSE

The procedure for resetting the A/T learned value is missing in the affected service manuals.

On these vehicles, A/T learned value cannot be reset by disconnecting the battery. Use the MUT-III/STV to reset the A/T learned value. All learned value must be reset whenever the automatic transmission is replaced or rebuilt.

This bulletin contains the A/T learned value reset procedure for affected vehicles, and the MUT-III/STV screens that are used.

Write the TSB revision number of this bulletin in the "TSB Revision" box at the bottom of the affected service manual pages.
