The reflash CD provided with TSB-04-13-007 does not contain effective software parameters for correcting DTC P0300 on 2004 Evolutions. Please contact Tech Line if you encounter this condition on a 2004 Evolution. Do not attempt to reprogram the PCM. A new reflash CD will be released when it is available. (Revised reprogramming software for correcting DTC P0300 will also soon be available for 2004 Endeavor models.)
