FREEZE-FRAME DATA

Freeze-Frame Data - 2003-on models. Freeze Frame data is critical in determining the cause of MFI-related DTCs. Be sure to have the Freeze Frame Data ready when calling Tech Line for DTC assistance. Due to PCM logic, it is possible for the MUT-III to display freeze-frame data for a provisional DTC that is no longer set. Be sure to diagnose for currently set DTCs.
