Timing Chain Cover To the installation positions shown in the figure, tighten the
timing chain case assembly mounting bolts to the specified torque shown below.
Timing Chain Tensioner Timing chain tensioner bolt
10 ± 2 Nm (89 ± 17 in-lb)
Idler Pulley Idler pulley bolt
48 ± 7 Nm (36 ± 4 ft-lb)
Crankshaft Bolt 250 N-m (184 ft-lb) + 0°, 110N-m (81 ft-lb) + 60°
