How to Open the Topstack Manually

HOW TO OPEN THE TOP STACK MANUALLY

When a top stack is closed manually in an emergency, open the top stack according to the procedure below, and then perform check and troubleshooting procedures.










1. Remove the speaker subwoofer trim of the rear seat back and take out the dedicated tool for the top stack.
2. Remove the woofer and close the valve of the pump motor assembly.
3. Remove the top stack cover clip and turn up the top stack cover so that the top stack linkage can be seen.










4. Insert the dedicated tool into the hexagon hole and turn the tool downward to release the lock of the 5-bow.







5. Raise the 5-bow and keep it open.










6. Release the tonneau latch lock using the dedicated tool.







7. Raise the tonneau panel, and insert the dedicated tool into the hinge hole to hold the tonneau panel in place.







8. Remove the plug of the top stack storage space and check that the pump motor assembly valve is open.
9. Remove the J hook and open the top stack by folding it backward from the header area.
10. Remove the dedicated tool and close the tonneau panel.
11. Lock the tonneau latch using the dedicated tool.
12. Install the woofer.
13. Place the dedicated tool on the rear speaker subwoofer trim, and then assemble the speaker subwoofer trim.
