Tightening angle 180 ± 2 degrees

Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolt Torque





Tightening torque 12 ± 1 Nm (107 ± 8 in-lb)

(Tighten in two or three steps)

Front Camshaft Bearing Cap





1. Temporarily tighten the front camshaft bearing cap mounting bolts to the specified torque in the order of the figure (1.)
- Tightening torque: 17 ± 3 Nm (13 ± 2 ft-lb)
2. Tighten the front camshaft bearing cap mounting bolts again to the specified torque in the order of the figure (2.)
- Tightening torque: 30 ± 2 Nm (23 ± 1 ft-lb)

Camshaft Sprocket
Tighten To 59 ± 5 Nm (44 ± 3 ft-lb)

Intake Manifold Bolt And Nut
Temporary torque 3.5 ± 1.5 Nm (31 ± 13 in-lb)
Tightening torque 20 ± 2 Nm (15 ± 1 ft-lb)

Exhaust Manifold
Tighten To 49 ± 5 Nm (36 ± 3 ft lb)
