Tightening Specifications

Intake Manifold Nuts





First step tighten the nuts on the left bank
Tightening torque 6.5 ± 1.5 Nm (58 ± 13 in-lb)

Second step tighten the nuts on the right bank
Tightening torque 22 ± 1 Nm (16 ± 1 ft-lb)

Third step tighten the nuts on the left bank
Tightening torque 22 ± 1 Nm (16 ± 1 ft-lb)

Fourth step tighten the nuts on the right bank and those on the left bank again in that order
Tightening torque 22 ± 1 Nm (16 ± 1 ft-lb)
