Throttle Position Sensor: Adjustments

Throttle Position Sensor:

1. Leave the throttle position sensor harness connected, Ignition Switch "ON"
2. Using a voltmeter, back probe between terminals 2 and 3. Measure output voltage.
3. If needed, loosen mounting bolts and adjust by rotating the sensor body so that output voltage is between 0.3 to 0.7 volts.
4. Tighten mounting bolts.
5. Disconnect throttle position sensor harness connector for a few seconds and then reconnect it.
