Charging System: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation 1.
Disconnect negative
battery cable.
2.
Loosen idler pulley adjusting bolt.
3.
Remove A/C compressor belt.
4.
Remove engine undercover.
5.
Remove generator harness and bracket.
6.
Loosen generator mounting bolts.
7.
Remove drive belt.
8.
Remove generator.
Install in the reverse order of removal.
