A/T Does Not Shift: D3-D2, When Selector Lever D3-D2

18. A/T Does Not Shift: D3 -> 2(2), When Selector Lever D -> 2 Position

SYMPTOM: A/T does not shift from D(2) to 2(2) when changing selector lever from D to 2 position.

1. CHECK PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION (PNP) SWITCH CIRCUIT
With CONSULT-II
Does "TCM INPUT SIGNALS" in "DATA MONITOR" show damage to park/neutral position (PNP) switch circuit?
Without CONSULT-II





Does self-diagnosis show damage to park/neutral position (PNP) switch circuit?
Yes or No
Yes >> Check park/neutral position (PNP) switch circuit. Refer to "DTC P0705 PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH".
No >> Go to "9. A/T Does Not Shift: D1 -> D2 or Does Not Kickdown: D4 -> D2".
