Starter Motor: Service and Repair
Removal 1.
Disconnect the negative and positive
battery cables.
2.
Remove the engine undercover (M/T) or the air duct, fresh air intake hose, and air cleaner lid (A/T).
3.
Disconnect the starter harness connectors.
4.
Remove the two starter mounting bolts.
5.
Remove the starter.
InstallationTo install, reverse the removal procedure.
