Refer to procedure for cylinder head tightening torque and sequence. Service and Repair
Intake Manifold
Step 1. Tighten all bolts and nuts to 4.9 to 9.8 Nm (0.5 to 1.0 kg-m, 44 to 86 inch lbs.).
Step 2. Finally tighten all bolts and nuts to 26.5 to 31.4 Nm (2.7 to 3.2 kg-m, 20 to 23 ft. lbs.).
- Tighten all bolts and nuts to the final torque, evenly dividing the tightening into at least three steps.
Exhaust Manifold
Right Bank:
LEFT BANK:
Tighten nuts to 28.5 to 32.4 Nm (2.9 to 3.3 kg-m, 21 to 23 ft. lbs.) in numerical order shown in the figure.
