14 - 16 Nm (1.4 - 1.6 kg-m, 10 - 12ft. lbs.).
Step 2:
60° - 65° degrees clockwise, or 38 - 44 Nm (3.9 - 4.5 kg-m, 28 - 33 ft. lbs.).
