Removal and Installation of BCMREMOVAL
NOTE: If possible, before removing BCM, retrieve current BCM configuration to use for reference when configuring brand-new BCM after installation. Refer to BCS-19, "Configuration". Testing and Inspection
1. Disconnect negative battery cable.
2. Remove the parking brake pedal assembly. Refer to "PARKING BRAKE CONTROL".
3. Remove the BCM (1) by removing the screw (A) and disconnecting the harness connectors (2).

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
- When replacing BCM, it must be configured. Refer to BCS-19, "Configuration". Testing and Inspection
- When replacing BCM, perform initialization of NATS system and registration of all NATS ignition key IDs. Refer to BL-203, "NVIS(NISSAN Vehicle Immobilizer System-NATS)". Vehicle Immobilizer System
- When replacing BCM, perform ID registration procedure of low tire pressure warning system. Refer to WT-14, "ID Registration Procedure". ID Registration Procedure
