INTAKE VALVE TIMING CONTROL

Intake Valve Timing Control Solenoid Valve

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect intake valve timing control solenoid valve connector.
2. Remove intake valve timing control solenoid valve bolt.

3. Remove intake valve timing control solenoid valve (1) and Oring (2) from intake valve timing control solenoid valve cover.

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

CAUTION:
Replace the O-ring for the intake valve timing control solenoid valve with a new one, then lubricate Oring with engine oil before installing.
